I wanted to share my experience from today ( 17/9/23) when I visited Mecca with my daughter at Fountain Gates. I had the pleasure of being assisted by one of your employees, Janna, and I must say it was exceptional service. Janna displayed incredible patience and politeness throughout our visit. She not only answered all our questions but also went the extra mile by seeking advice from her colleagues to ensure we had all the information we needed. Her willingness to help us with everything we asked for was truly heartwarming. Janna took the time to show us various products and provided valuable suggestions. Her dedication and enthusiasm in assisting us were evident in every interaction we had with her. She truly excelled in customer service. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Janna for making our visit to Mecca a memorable and enjoyable one. Her exemplary service is a testament to the quality of your team. Thank you once again, Janna. You were beautiful in every aspect of your assistance.

Never felt so compelled to leave a review. All staff were lovely and helpful but one in particular made a difference in my shopping experience! MECCA should feel so proud to have Emily working for them. I'm sure she brings in many return customers, including myself from now on! I ended up going in store quite late and I felt horrible about this, I thought about coming back another time until I was greeted by the lovely Emily. She assisted me so so patiently and was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel at ease and comfortable from get go. I left not only with my purchase, but with an abundance of knowledge and a huge smile on my face. Emily truly went above and beyond to ensure that I left the store satisfied and happy and with everything I needed despite it being 5 minutes before close! I cannot commend Emily enough.

They were so lovely, so genuine with their recommendations and they have so much knowledge about makeup and skin care. Really appreciate their help today. Very helpful. Experience is from 31/12/2023. Its been a long while since buying new makeup and Mecca Fountain Gate certainly delivered. All the staff were lovely, and it was great to see staff diversity too! However one member in particular went above and beyond, super star Celeste. I say this because she had so much patience with me while I was hunting for a foundation. I recently tried a few foundations but haven’t been happy with them as my skin is super sensitive/dry and struggled to find one that didn't look flaky, had enough coverage while still feeling light on the skin. Celeste was more than happy to help me. Bexause all find something suited to my skin but also color match me while educating me on types of primers that could help. Not once did she rush me along to pick one but made sure I was happy with what I was getting - Nars Radiance is a game changer btw. Not to mention she also recommended the most bomb foundation brush too. Celeste made my shopping experience less overwhelming as there is so much to choose from and has been a while since I brought any. Can confirm I am one happy girl with a whole new bunch of makeup - can say that my NYE was a breeze with no makeup meltdowns as all my new products slayed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE

Mums out there wanting to get back into make up and don't want to feel stupid while doing it. You gotta ask for a staff member by the name of, Elena, at Mecca FG. She is the sweetest soul and super friendly, and knows her way around products to help you out. I had no idea what I needed but I knew I wanted lashes lol. Elena tried her best showing me around products and brands, testing concealers on my face, and I am a woman of colour and she was amazing making me feel comfortable with searching for matching shades. When I was waiting at the counter for a while she scooted over to help me check out. Honestly, I really appreciated being taken care of, my daughters started their holiday early and I'm going to join them soon. I haven't walked in to a make up store for several years for myself, being a single mum working full time and with several partime jobs. I appreciate you Elena, have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

I'm a person that relies heavily on Google reviews to make decisions. So glad I trusted all previous reviewers. Annika did a glam make-up application on me for a wedding I was attending. As someone who rarely wears make-up, I was worried I'd leave the appointment having a 'cake-face'. I gave very little guidance for my MUA, she no doubt sensed my hesitations and lack of product knowledge/application. Annika walked me through the entire process, showing me products, explaining the purpose, asking me after each step if I was happy or wanted more/ less product in specific areas. I left feeling super glam and satisfied with the service. Wanting to savor the look, I completed a cardinal sin; sleeping without washing the make-up off. It looked just as good the next day. Didn't even come off on the white hotel pillows. Thank you MECCA Fountain Gate for making me feel super glam for 48hrs!

Well haven’t you guys changed it up? Congratulations. We were hesitant to come to back to this store because of a bad customer experience around a year ago. This time however we couldn’t have asked for better. Especially Emily who was knowledgeable and personable. She listened to us and treated us like we were the only people in the store which was definitely not the case. Other staff members were always on hand asking if we would like assistance but not harassing us when we said we were browsing. 10/10 especially to Emily
